Refund policy
TANGLED TACKLE RETURN POLICY AND SATISFACTION POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns and refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The following exceptions apply: (1) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new; (2) Special order products cannot be returned or exchanged; (3) Garments showing excessive wear or have been laundered cannot be returned; (4) Electronic devices, including flashers, cameras, and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. (5) Firearms may not be returned or exchanged and must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or service.

Complete the return form, provide include your receipt and securely package all merchandise to be returned. Please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. Tangled Tackle Company is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
Please include all packaging materials, manuals, warranties, and accessories with the product you are returning. Products with missing components, manuals, warranties, or accessories will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Tangled Tackle Company is not responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use or practices not consistent with operational instructions.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, keep the original packaging, and be sure to keep all parts and materials. Please contact our Customer Service Department by telephone at (231) 887-4700 within ten calendar of receipt of shipment.
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department by or by telephone at (231) 887-4700 as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Most products sold by Tangled Tackle Company are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a manufacturer, will be made available for inspection before sale upon request. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty before sale, if one is available, contact us by email or by telephone at (231) 887-4700.
Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty must be shipped directly to the manufacturer.
